Book online

Step 1  Book Your Appointment

You can book your appointment by phone or via our online booking form. Tell us what the problem is with as much detail as possible. If we need more information, we will call you.

We will confirm your appointment booking via text message or email, whether you book by phone or online. You can amend your appointment if necessary, send us more details about the fault, and track your repair.
Confirm your appointment

Step 2  Confirm your appointment

The day before your appointment, we will send you a text message or email confirming the time we will be with you. If the time isn’t suitable, give us a call to re-arrange a new date and/or time.

In addition, we will call you 30 minutes before we arrive to confirm we’re running on time and you are at home.
We will arrive

Step 3  We’ve Arrived!

Our engineers bring a friendly smile, a helping hand and their professional ID card so you can feel completely safe in the knowledge they are who they say they are.

We always use protective equipment when in your home to carry out repairs to keep it clean and safe, including shoe covers, gloves and floor covering.

Our engineer will discuss the fault with your domestic appliance, conduct various electrical tests and aim to make the repair. If we require a new part, we will explain this and arrange a new date and time to re-visit, when we can fit the part and complete the repair.

Once finished, we will set out what we have done and explain our guarantee.

We will discuss the fault with you, carry out our various electrical tests and attempt to repair the product.

Once we have repaired the appliance we will explain what we have done. If we need to come back to fit a part, we will arrange a date and time with you.
